Terms of service

1. Contracting period
   There is no minimum contract time attached to our hosting packages. You are free to cancel your package whenever you wish through your PayPal account. (does not apply for individualized products like (virtual-)servers). Upon cancellation we will maintain your files on our servers 60 days free of charge.
2. Fees
   The hosting package has a one time setup fee of 45.00 USD which is billed at setup of your package. Other rates my apply for individual packages. The setup fee is not refundable.
3. Billing
   You determine your billing cycle through the signup with PayPal. We will deduct the agreed amount from your Credit Card through PayPal according to your selection. In case of cancellation of your agreement with The Green Hoster you will receive a refund of the time we did not serve you if the amoung exceeds 45.00 USD.
4. Fraud and misuse of our infrastructure
   Fraud and misuse of our infrastructure will lead to a (criminal) investigation and - depending on the results of the investigation - we will ban your account from our servers with no refund. Fraud and misuse - amongst others - refers to the hosting of illegal content, illegal file sharing, SPAMming, or other illegal actions and activities.
5. Availability and service by the Green Hoster
   Although we will try our best to supply you with 98% availability per year we can not be made liabile in case of failure or delay in doing our professional duties in consequence of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances can -amongst others - be acts of any governmental action, war & rebellion/sabotage, embargo, natural desasters (fire/flood), labor disturbance like strike, interruption of/delay in transportation, unavailability of, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies or power used in or equipment needed for providing our services.
